This website and shop are operated by SHPP Ltd, trading as Kineris Labs, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17528699, with its registered office at Suite 137, 5 High Street, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 1JN, United Kingdom ("Kineris", "we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

1. Research use only

1.1 All products sold by Kineris are research chemicals supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not medicines, foods, food supplements or cosmetics, and are not licensed or intended for human or veterinary use of any kind.

1.2 We make no claims about the effects of any product and do not give medical, dosing or professional advice. Nothing on this website should be read as such.

1.3 At checkout you must confirm that your purchase is for laboratory research use only, that you will not use it on humans or animals, and that you have the knowledge and facilities to store and handle research compounds safely.

1.4 We publish a Certificate of Analysis for each batch on the relevant product page.

1.5 We will refuse or cancel any order, and may close any account, where we have reason to believe a product is intended for human or veterinary use. This includes enquiries about dosing, administration or personal use.

2. Your responsibilities

2.1 You are responsible for receiving, storing and handling products safely once delivered, and for using them only in a lawful research setting by suitably qualified people.

2.2 You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to your purchase, possession and use of the products.

3. Delivery area

3.1 We deliver to UK addresses only. We do not accept orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom.

4. Orders, prices and payment

4.1 All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Prices may change without notice.

4.2 Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when your payment has cleared and we send you an order confirmation email.

4.3 We may decline or cancel any order before dispatch, including under section 1. If we cancel, we will refund you in full.

4.4 If a product was shown at the wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, or offer you the product at the correct price.

4.5 We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment details are processed by our payment provider and are never seen or stored by us.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery options, costs and timescales are set out in our Shipping Policy.

5.2 Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.

5.3 If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered, refused or because of an incorrect address, we must receive it back before we issue a refund or re-send it.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

6.1 Our Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of these terms. In summary: you may cancel free of charge before dispatch; you may return sealed, unopened products within 14 days of delivery; and faulty, damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6.2 Because our products are temperature-sensitive and supplied under a tamper-evident seal, they cannot be returned once the seal has been broken, unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

7. Our liability

7.1 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.

7.2 Subject to 7.1, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

7.3 We are not responsible for any outcome arising from the storage, handling or use of products after delivery, or from any use contrary to section 1.

8. Intellectual property

8.1 All content on this website, including text, images, product renders and the Kineris name and logo, is owned by or licensed to Kineris. You may view and print it for your own non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission.

9. Use of this website

9.1 We provide this website as it is and do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. We may change or withdraw it at any time.

9.2 You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

9.3 We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites we link to.

10. Events outside our control

10.1 We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, supply shortages or severe weather. We will tell you as soon as we reasonably can.

11. Changes to these terms

11.1 We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page with a new date. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

12. General

12.1 If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These terms are the entire agreement between us about your use of the website and your orders.

12.2 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your home courts and rely on your local consumer protections.

12.3 Your statutory rights are not affected.
